It is designed for a wide range of common bus systems. High-performance gateways for automotive Ethernet links with speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s are among the strengths of the FL3X System-M.
The system enables the precise simulation of missing ECUs or the integration of new ECUs into existing series, thus creating the basis for realistic test scenarios. It efficiently processes large amounts of data and offers extensive routing and filtering functions. The platform supports current security standards such as SecOC, MACsec, and various diagnostic protocols.
For communication, up to 11 SFP ports for 100/1000BASE-T1, 100BASE-TX, and 1000BASE-T are currently available, as well as an expansion module with two 10GBASE-T modules. The system also offers 16 optional digital inputs and outputs. The operating temperature range extends from -40°C to +70°C, making it suitable for use in vehicles and on test benches.
The system supports a wide range of technologies, including FlexRay, CAN-HS, CAN-FD SIC, 10BASE-T1S, 100/1000BASE-T1, and multigigabit applications up to 10 Gbps. The technical features mentioned above reflect the current state of development. The system can be flexibly adapted and expanded to meet project-specific requirements upon request.
Configuration is carried out via the user-friendly FL3X Config interface, which allows for easy customization without any programming knowledge. The modular design allows for the flexible combination of different bus protocols and ensures high future-proofing.
